Handpicked harvest in boxes of 15 kg.
Double selection on the vine and in the winery
Maceration between 16 and 20 days
Controlled fermentation at 28° C.
Malolactic fermentation in barrel 8 months spent resting in bottle.
- A bright clean intense cherry red in color with a garnet rim.
Deep complex aromas of ripe fruit compote such as plums and berries come together with woody tones of coffee, toffee, clove and spices. Notes of liquorice stand out, typical in Tempranillo
On the palate we have a well-balanced structure that is meaty and expressive yet smooth and mouth filling. Mature tannins make for a lingering and enchanting finish.
Serving temperature: 12 a 16° C.
