    With a maximum yield of 3,800 kg/Ha.
    Variety: 100% Tempranillo grapes.
    Winemaking process:
    Manual harvest, 15 kg crates.
    Double grape selection in the vineyard and then the winery.
    Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 48 hours.
    Native wild yeast used for alcoholic fermentation below 28º C.
    12-13 months in 500l 100% French oak barrels, (medium toast and fine grain).
  • Colour Cherry red color with violet hues, clean and bright.
    Nose Fresh red fruit (strawberries and raspberries) with citrus aromas, along with ripe black forest fruit (blueberries, blackberries and blackcurrants) combined with subtle toasted notes..
    Palate A fresh well-balanced wine. Smooth and velvety with medium acidity and a marked ripe fruit character. Elegant finish with elegant, toasted notes. Persistent and long lingering on the palate.
    Suggested serving temperature: 12 to 16 ºC
